What to Expect
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU VISIT FOR THE FIRST TIME
At Cardinal Chiropractic, Dr. Dan and Dr. Amanda use state of the art, NASA published technology when assessing each practice member. This state of the art technology assists the doctors in locating the cause of your health concerns.
All new practice members are asked to fill out, in full, the practice member application and appropriate forms. It is requested that all new practice members provide their drivers license and insurance card for a complimentary benefits check. All forms should be read, signed, and dated.
The Cardinal Chiropractic Team will meet with you in a one-on-one consultation to discuss your health concern(s) and overall health goals. This consultation will provide us with adequate information regarding your current state of health and assist us in locating the cause of your health concern(s).
Bend forward, sideways or backwards in order to perform a thorough range of motion assessment.
Thermal Neurological Assessment will assess the Autonomic, or organs and glands portion of the Nervous System.
Surface Electromyography (sEMG) will be used to assess the motor portion of the Nervous System.
Gait Analysis helps assess for a normal walking pattern. Abnormalities of your balance and alignment of your pelvis can be determined during this assessment.
Postural Evaluation helps determine any abnormalities or misalignments of the spinal column.
The results from the neurological assessment will provide us with a better understanding of the current state of health you are experiencing. These findings along with their significance will be discussed and explained to you during your ‘Report of Findings’ appointment.
At Cardinal Chiropractic our Specific, Scientific Chiropractic assessment is focused on locating and correcting Vertebral Subluxations. The procedures we use in our office are specialized towards the evaluation of your spine and nerve system. With the use of state of the art neurological equipment, we will be able to locate the exact location and cause of your health concern(s) causing dysfunction within your body.

The doctor will inform you of additional tests that may be necessary including any Specific, Chiropractic Postural X-Rays.
A ‘Report of Findings’ will be conducted to discuss the cause of your health concern(s). The doctor will have reviewed your case to decide if you are a candidate for Chiropractic Care. A thorough explanation of your findings and care recommendations will be discussed at this visit.
